Chapbook submissions open to all residents of Montreal. No length restrictions, no topic restrictions.
The "Cactus Press Chapbook Series" publishes 6-12 poetry chapbooks a year. There are no theme or style restrictions however, submissions should be no longer than 20 pages in length.
